The purchaser agrees to release, waive, hold harmless and indemnify the company, distributor, retailers, and their officers, directors, agents, servants, representatives, and their heirs, successors and assigns from any and all claims, whether by contract, negligence, statute, or product liability, related to the purchase, sale, or performance of the product.
All pricing is stated in US dollars ($) unless otherwise specified. Buyer acknowledges that the contractual relationship is solely with the company and no other person or entity.

The warranty for parts is 1 year after delivery, covering construction, fitment, or finishing issues at installation. It does not cover damage from third-party impacts, improper installation, or use in unsafe environments such as racetracks.
The warranty applies only if parts are installed by authorized dealerships. Improper installation voids warranty coverage. Customers are advised to consult directly for product care and cleaning.
Carbon fiber parts are designed to fit specific vehicle models and must be installed by authorized dealers. Once shipped, changes may be granted only at the discretion of 1016 Industries. Returns are not allowed without authorization.
